I’ve been taking two gummies after dinner for three weeks now, and the Vitamin B12 boost is noticeably keeping my afternoon slump away. The texture is chewy without being sticky, which makes them easy to remember each night.
I was skeptical about gummy vitamins, but these taste like a treat while actually delivering B9 and B12. The apple cider vinegar flavor is mild and not harsh at all, which makes taking them daily feel effortless.
The gummies taste fine and I do feel like I’m getting my B vitamins in, though I can’t tell if the apple cider vinegar part is doing anything after three weeks. The texture is a bit chewier than I expected, which is okay, but I wish the bottle came with a clearer dosage guide.
