The orange flavor is decent and they're easy to chew, no weird aftertaste. I've been taking one each morning for about a month now and I definitely feel like I've dodged the bugs my coworkers kept bringing in.

Took these for a few weeks during cold season and noticed I wasn’t dragging as much. The elderberry blend is a nice touch, though the gummies are a bit chewier than I’d like.
