I've been using this every night for two weeks now and the soft silk really does feel gentle on my skin, no tugging or irritation like my old cotton one. It's become such a comforting part of my bedtime routine that I actually look forward to putting it on. Perfect size for slipping into my carry-on

The silk fabric is so soft it actually feels like a second skin, and it blocks out light completely for my afternoon naps. I’ve been sleeping better on flights too since it’s lightweight enough to forget it’s even on.

The padding helps block light well enough for daytime naps, but the strap gets a bit tight if I wear it all night. It’s comfortable for short rests and packs easily for trips, though I wish the fit had a little more give.
